    Yoga techniques are not only effective stress reliever but also a good way to ease the symptoms of anxiety! Yoga helps release mental & physical tension. Regular yoga practice can help yo stay calm & relaxed in daily life and also give you strength to face difficult situations.

'Meditation', A powerful solution to relax MIND & BODY........!

Meditation has proved to be one of the best and powerful method to get rid of mental & physical stress!

    Most of the anti-depressant medicines are addictive & have many side effects  whereas, MEDITATION and YOGA are most effective methods of relieving depression without any side effect. Meditation helps you to overcome many emotional & physical disorders, negative thoughts & relieve stress from your mind & body & even help you lead a healthy lifestyle.
    
        : Choose a peaceful environment, stretch out your body, try to be comfortable, close your eyes, breath freely, try to focus on your breathing, focus on something or someone that makes you feel good, think positive. 
      : Choose a peaceful location, practice walking meditation, observe your feet movement while walking.
      : Use a simple visual object (like candle or a ball) to concentrate & fill your mind and allow you to reach a deeper level of consciousness.
      : Repeat a mantra, word or phrase over & over until you enter deep meditative state of mind.

 Meditate regularly everyday at the same time.

Hello Friends,




 We were talking about stress in our last post, talking about stress itself makes us stressful. There are some situations, places or people that make us more stressful.
          
        Today We'll talk how exercise can be helpful in reducing stress. 

      Daily Exercise for about 15 to 30 minutes helps you maintain your physical & mental health.  Daily exercise or physical activities reduce stress hormones, boosts energy & improves mood.  Physical activities improves blood & oxygen circulation in body that improves our efficiency and helps mind & body relax.  Exercise keeps our body and mind busy keeping our mind diverted from daily stressful thoughts & makes our mind feel good. Look out for physical activities that you enjoy.
